Our program is a gentle yet invigorating blend of several styles and utilizes different poses (asanas), for the purpose of strengthening, opening, and cleansing the body. Instructor, Astre Kay’s kind and gentle personality makes you feel comfortable to advance at your own pace and challenge yourself to do more.
