AMA Fitness Challenge Day 7/12:

1 Jump Sit Up
2 Burpees
3 Jump Sit Ups
4 Burpees
…all the way up to 11 Jump Sit Ups & 12 Burpees 🙂

Jump Sit Up = Begin on your back with knees bent, Sit up to knees, Stand, Jump & Clap hands overhead, return to starting position (fastest way to return is with a backward bump).

Burpee = Squat thrust, Push up, Stand, Jump & Clap hands overhead, return to starting position.
