<p>Jump Squat = Descend just like a regular squat, at the bottom JUMP, so that your legs extend and your feet leave the ground slightly at full extension.</p>
<p>Explosion Jumping Jack = Jump so that you are in the air with your feet straddled and arms overhead, land with feet together and hands at sides.</p>
