At Alpha Martial Arts our age-appropriate programs for children
ages 4-6 (Little Dragons) and ages 6.5 -12 (Juniors Karate) are dual
programs. We teach every student our integrated character development
program with our internationally recognized martial arts curriculum

Every student's long-term goal at Alpha Martial Arts is Black
Belt – a symbol of excellence and an important tool for developing
desire, perseverance and for teaching the importance of follow-through
in any activity. From white belt to black belt your child will learn
to set and achieve short, intermediate and long-term goals.

At Alpha Martial Arts children learn safety awareness, defensive
strategies and non-violent conflict resolution skills. Awareness skills

TEENS & ADULTS KARATE
The Teens & Adults Karate program at Alpha Martial Arts
caters to men and women of all ages and experience levels. We are dedicated
to helping every student develop their physical fitness, their self
defense skills and their mind. Our action packed classes provide complete
martial arts training in a practical and logical self-defense system.

FITNESS KICKBOXING
Fitness Kickboxing is a tremendous workout which incorporates
elements from the martial arts, boxing
and kickboxing in a safe environment. Our program combines aerobic (cardiovascular)
and anaerobic (muscular) elements to provide a total body workout. You
will execute punches and kicks in the air, on focus-mitts and heavy
bags to develop speed, accuracy and power.
YOGA
Yoga makes you feel good. It's relaxing. It's energizing. It's
strengthening. You feel better at the end of a session than before you
began. Our program is a gentle yet invigorating blend of several styles
and utilizes different poses (asanas), for the purpose of strengthening,
opening, and cleansing the body. Instructor, Astre Kay's kind and gentle
personality makes you feel comfortable to advance at your own pace and
challenge yourself to do more.
