2 hand rear choke
1. Grab wrists and pull forward (breaking thumbs) as RF step to 3 (horse)
2. RF step back in and pull arms down over shoulders (breaking elbows)
3. RF step to 12 & LH lifts up over head
4. pivot to 6 (R Cat ) as your LH pulls down & RH lifts up (crossing attacker’s arms at elbows in front)
5. R kick (R knee)
6. Pull LH back and Push RH forward for break (elbow) or make a L turn (your hands CC-wise) for throw
