Fallen Cross

2 hand rear choke
1. Grab wrists and pull forward (breaking thumbs) as LF step to 9 (horse)
2. LF step back in and pull arms down over shoulders (breaking elbows)
3. RF steps to 12 & RH lifts up over head
4. Pivot to 6 (L Forward Bow) as your RH pulls down & LH lifts up (crossing attacker’s arms at elbows in front)
5. Pull attacker’s arms towards you & R knee (elbows) & R front kick (groin)
6. LH check low (elbow) & R horizontal elbow high (face)
