Short Form #3

SHORT FORM #3

Short 3 is fairly long and complex (despite being called a "short" form) so, we teach it in two seperate parts - Short 3A and Short 3B. Students may learn either A or B first depending on when they enter the curriculum. Focus on whichever part you are learning this quarter. Ultimately, all students will put both parts together for Black Belt.
