Attention Stance (feet together)
Ready Stance (right foot steps to 3 o’clock)
Left Guard Stance (facing 12 o’clock) (right foot steps to 6 o’clock)

1. Left Jab
2. Right Cross
3. Right step-thru Roundhouse Kick
4. Horse Stance (right neutral bow)

5. Slide Up & Right Outward Hansword (Drag left foot to right)
6. Hands Up
7. Right Side Kick - "Kiai!"
8. Horse Stance (right neutral bow)
9 . Right Backfist
10 . Right Kneel Stance & Left Cross - "Kiai!" (Left Knee Down, Right Knee Up)

11. Place both hands on the floor to 6 o'clock
12 . Right Kneeling Side Kick to 12 o'clock (look over right shoulder)
13. Plant in a Right Kneel Stance facing 12 o'clock (Left Knee Down, Right Knee Up)
14. Left Inward Parry (open hand) - "Nose"
15. Right hand chambers under Right Armpit - "Armpit"
16. Right Outward Parry (open hand) - "Slide"
17. Left Reverse Puch - "Kiai!"

18. Left foot steps up and chamber hands (feet shoulder width apart)
19. X Block (right over left)
20. Double Handswords (down to sides)
21. Bring hands to the middle - "Belt"
22 . L Foot steps to R, Circle hands, Attention Stance & Courtesy Bow

*When linking Universal 1 & 2 skip the closing of U1 and the opening of U2 (go from the Double Handswords in U1#20 to the Left Guard Stance in U2).

1. Left Jab
2. Right Step-Thru Cross into a Right Neutral Bow (Horse Stance)
3. Right Twist Stance (left foot crosses behind right), Right Side Hammerfist
4. Unwind counter clockwise into a Left Neutral Bow (Horse Stance), Left Backfist
5. Drop right knee to floor (Left Kneel Stance) & Right Reverse Punch - "Kiai!"
6. Lean back into a Left Reverse Bow, Left Downward Block (open hand) and Right Upward Block (open hand)
7. Step back with left foot into a Right Reverse Bow, Right Downward Block (open hand) and Left Upward Block (open hand)
8. Step back with right foot into a Horse Stance facing 12 o'clock

4. Pivot into a R. Forward Bow, Punch L. Hand Down & L. Inward Downward Block
5. L. Outward Handsword to 12 o’clock
6. L. Outward Crescent Kick
7. Cup & Saucer on L. side facing 9 o’clock (right foot steps to 9 o’clock)

8. R. Backfist (right foot steps to 12 o’clock)
9. L. Step-Thru Punch (left foot steps to 12 o’clock)
