Coordination Set

Coordination Set
*Right foot always steps!

Set #1A (12 o'clock):
1. Right Foot steps Back into a Left Neutral Bow - Left Outward Block.
2. Left Straight Punch.
3. Shift into a Left Forward Bow - Right Reverse Punch.
4. Right Front Ball Kick "with" a Left Straight Punch.
5. Land Back into a Left Forward Bow - Right Reverse Punch.

Set #1B (12 o'clock):
6. Right Foot steps Forward into a Right Neutral Bow - Right Outward Block.
7. Right Straight Punch.
8. Shift into a Right Forward Bow - Left Reverse Punch.
9. Left Front Ball Kick "with" a Right Straight Punch.
10. Land Back into a Right Forward Bow - Left Reverse Punch.
Transition: Right foot steps back counter-clockwise to 3 o'clock into a Left Neutral Bow facing 9 o'clock.

Set #2 (9 o'clock)
Repeat steps #1-10 facing 9 o'clock.
Transition: Right foot steps back counter-clockwise to 12 o'clock into a Left Neutral Bow facing 6 o'clock.

Set #3 (6 o'clock)
Repeat steps #1-10 facing 6 o'clock.
Transition: Right foot steps back counter-clockwise to 9 o'clock into a Left Neutral Bow facing 3 o'clock.

Set #4 (3 o'clock)
Repeat steps #1-10 facing 9 o'clock.
Transition: Right foot steps back counter-clockwise to 6 o'clock into a Left Neutral Bow facing 12 o'clock.

Set #5 (12 o'clock)
Repeat steps #1-10 facing 12 o'clock.
*11. Right foot steps back counter-clockwise into a horsestance facing 12 o'clock.
*12. Attention Stance.
