Circles of Protection

Circles of Protection (R S-T Downward Hammer)
1. LF Steps forward (L Neutral) & R Upward Block & L claw (face/jaw) (arms end like an "X")
2. Circle arms outward (opposite directions), R Claw (groin) as L Swings O’s right arm into R thigh (L Fowrward Bow) (LH continues to your R Bicep)
3. R grabs (groin) and pulls back (chamber) as LH Back Knuckle (jaw)
