4. Horse Stance (right neutral bow)


5. Slide Up & Right Outward Hansword (Drag left foot to right)
6. Right Side Kick - "Kiai!"
7. Horse Stance (right neutral bow)
8 . Right Backfist
9 . Right Kneel Stance & Left Cross - "Kiai!" (Left Knee Down, Right Knee Up)


10. Place both hands on the floor to 6 o'clock
11 . Right Kneeling Side Kick to 12 o'clock (look over right shoulder)
12. Plant in a Right Kneel Stance facing 12 o'clock (Left Knee Down, Right Knee Up)
13. Left Inward Parry (open hand)
14. Right Outward Parry (open hand)
15. Left Reverse Puch - "Kiai!"


16. Left foot steps up and chamber hands (feet shoulder width apart)
17. X Block (right over left)
18. Double Handswords (down to sides)
19. Bring hands to the middle
20 . Circle hands to Attention Stance
