Week 4: This week we’re talking about reflection– every great leader needs to be able to step back and ask themselves 3 questions; (1) How did I do? (2) How can I do better? and (3) What changes am I willing to make next time? We all may need to make improvements but we can’t let regret get in the way of progress. Looking at these questions, where do you think most people fall down on the job? Where do you? This week, your Powerful Thought Assignment is to think of the most recent time you were angry. (1) How did you do on the management of that anger? (2) How can you do better? and (3) What changes are you willing to make next time?
