AMA Fitness Challenge Day 9/12:
1 Jump Squat
2 Explosion Jumping Jacks
3 Jump Squats
4 Explosion Jumping Jacks
…all the way up to 11 Jump Squats & 12 Explosion Jumping Jacks 🙂
Jump Squat = Descend just like a regular squat, at the bottom JUMP, so that your legs extend and your feet leave the ground slightly at full extension.
Explosion Jumping Jack = Jump so that you are in the air with your feet straddled and arms overhead, land with feet together and hands at sides.
