Complete the following workout on Monday or Tuesday:

4 rounds for time of:

  • 30 Sit Ups
  • 30 Back Extensions
  • 10 Push Ups

*Back Extensions = Lay on your stomach with legs extended straight and hands behind head (like a traditional sit up). Lift your chest and feet up off the ground (slightly) and then return to starting position.
