12 Jumping Jacks, 12 Push Ups
11 Squats, 11 Sit Ups
10 Jumping Jacks, 10 Push Ups
9 Squats, 9 Sit Ups
…all the way down to 2 Jumping Jacks & 2 Push Ups followed by 1 Squat & 1 Sit Up 🙂
