January Powerful Word – HEALTH – Week 4

This week we’re shining light on unhealthy behaviors and also discussing health goals for 2012. As a leader we need to both discourage negative, unhealthy behaviors and encourage positive, healthy behaviors in those who look to us for guidance. Of the many unhealthy behaviors, which do you see as being the biggest problems or the most pervasive problems among those you lead. (i.e. poor eating, watching too much TV, smoking, drugs, excessive alcohol consumption, poor sleeping habits, etc)? As a leader, what health goals are you making for yourself in 2012? This week your Powerful Thought Assignment is to write down your formal health goals for 2012. Think about nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep, and other habits of health. What are you committing to achieveing in 2012?
