September Powerful Word – DISCIPLINE – Week 3

This week, we are talking about using discipline as part of goal attainment. As Jim Rohn once said; “Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment.” While some goals can be met by happenstance, most goals take consistent effort and discipline. How can we help those we lead to stay focused and disciplined even when distracted? Angry? Frustrated? Tired? What techniques do you use to ensure that emotions and unforseen situations don’t unhinge plans to succeed? This week your Powerful Thought Assignment is to think through how you would teach another person who typically gets distracted to push forward and use discipline to succeed.
